The Government of Bermuda Department of Health is inviting expecting parents to sign up for free antenatal education classes through the Birth and Beyond program. These sessions are hosted by experienced midwives and are designed to help parents prepare for pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting with confidence.   Birth and Beyond classes provide valuable information on topics such as pregnancy care, labour and delivery preparation, and newborn care. Sessions are available as one-to-one consultations or small group classes, allowing participants to learn in a comfortable and supportive environment.   Flexible scheduling options make it easier for expecting parents to attend sessions that fit their availability. The program aims to support families by providing trusted guidance from healthcare professionals throughout the pregnancy journey.   For more information or to register, individuals can WhatsApp 332-8895 or call 444-1711 to speak with the Department of Health team.
